Gift Code - How? Where? What?

Hello, i just received a very nice e-Mail regarding my participation in your survey for which i now should get the free 2x01 Episode of sam + max. Unfortunately i cannot find any gift code included in my e-mail?! The e-mail only says "thank you....here's your gift code" and then "to redeem your code..." how can i redeem something that is not written in the e-mail? Where can i find that code? Please help!

    Yes we are aware that the email that was sent out is missing the and are about to resend one that does. Sorry for the inconvenience.
