I'm playing on my PC through Steam and am at the part of the game where I put the bandaid on Clementine. The bandaid is on the left side of the screen but my cursor will not move over to select it. How am I supposed to use items that are stored in my inventory?

    Put the mouse over what you're trying to use the item on.
    If it's possible to use the item you'll see an icon for it.
    You'd have to use mouse wheel or 2 or 3 to select icons below the first one.

    And what if, i'm left handed with an AZERTY key board ? W is below S... Is there any chance that controls could be customs ?

    No, sorry. They did not program any type of key mapping into the game, and I do not think they plan to.

    However, if you have arrow keys, they are programmed to be used as well as the wsad keys. Perhaps use those instead?
