I didn't get an e-mail reply (apart from the automatic acknowledgement) to my support request sent 10 days ago, but maybe someone in this forums is able to provide support.

The was -- and still is -- the problem:
I don't get any e-mail notifications on new blog posts (although I subscribed to the corresponding daily newsletter a week ago) or episode releases of The Walking Dead (no notifications regarding episode 2 or 3). I did check my spam folder. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and send me a quick confirmation when you have.

Could changing my e-mail address to one of another e-mail provider help?
(apologies for resurrecting an old thread, but if this is incorrect infrmation, it should not be left as it is, and if it is correct, then those settings need to be removed)
