All progress deleted beyond episode 1

So having been ignored by Telltale about my game losing all my choices, I decided to start a new game and had reached the end of episode 3 again.

I start up the game today and find that I can only start at the beginning of episode 2.

I tried the signing out at the menu screen and signing back in But with no luck. I am now going to have to play through chapters 2,3 and 4 yet again because Telltale can't fix its issues.

    Zero support or feedback from Telltale, so they can go to hell when it comes to me buying the fifth and final episode.

    All the fan fixes they recommend just freeze my game, so I lose out either way.

    This is the quickest I've gone from loving something to loathing it in a long while.
