Why isn't The Walking Dead available on the Xbox 360 in Australia!!!

I don't understand why The Walking Dead games/episodes aren't available on the Xbox 360 in Australia but its on the PS3 and Steam in Australia this makes no sense to me.

I just bought 4000 msp today in anticipation of buying the first four episodes and playing them only to find out there not available here I mean C'MON!!

    Australia's ratings board currently does not allow for Mature titles to be sold in Australia. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    I read your company didn't even try to get classification for The Walking Dead here even when there's a lot of precedence that would allow your game to be sold here one being that the art style is cell shaded and therefore not as graphic as most games, among other reasons.

    Will you be releasing it here once the R18+ rule goes into effect for the whole of Australia?
