In app purchase asking me to purchase again

Hi there i recently purchased an in app purchase for £10.49 for episodes 2-5. Unfortunately i had problems when i purchased the app yesterday when episodes 2 and 3 where not available, i was told to delete the app and reinstall it which i have done. Episodes 2 and 3 are now available for me but when i wanted to download episodes 2 and 3, it says that i need to pay either £2.99 or £10.49 again. Ive already paid £10.49 for the episodes and i do not want to pay the same price again, Ive clicked the restore button but that still did not restore my purchase, please can you help as i am eager to play episodes 2 and 3.

As the restore button does not work for me is there any other way i can retrieve my in app purchase of £10.49 for episodes 2-5?.

I just went as if to purchase again, but instead of asking for my password it told me I'd already paid and then it unlocked the episodes. Well, theoretically, since they're not out according to my game.

when i click on the mulipack icon it asks for my apple ID password, im assuming im going to have to pay for the episodes again. Is there a way to retrieve my in app purchase of £10.49 which i purchased yesterday. i Think its not right for me to purchase the muti pack again, please help me anyone who knows an answer to my problem.

I've done this, it asks for your password, then goes on to say purchasing then says you already paid for it. Then show episode 2&3 available. My problem is they either download to 99.99% or sit at 0% and says no internet connection available. I've been told by friends to just keep trying, apparently it worked for them.

I had a problem when downloading, while downloading it would say i have no internet connection. just keep on downloading it, and it should download fully. it worked for me on my 3rd attempt. I think it may be a bug in which telltale need to update the app. Hope this helped.

Same here. All I get from Telltale is "Make sure you have a good Wifi connection". Well my Wifi is just fine.

We are aware of this issue, and currently investigating a potential solution. Please try shutting down the game application and restarting the device. Make sure you are logged into the iTunes account that purchased the game before attempting the download again.

Seems like this is the solution for all the problems on TWD. Does Telltale think we are all freakin idiots Matt P? Do you think we haven't tried this already?
