how to retieve in app purchase

Hi there i recently purchased an in app purchase for £10.49 for episodes 2-5. Unfortunately i had problems when i purchased the app yesterday when episodes 2 and 3 where not available, i was told to delete the app and reinstall it which i have done. Episodes 2 and 3 are now available for me but when i wanted to download episodes 2 and 3, it says that i need to pay either £2.99 or £10.49 again. Ive already paid £10.49 for the episodes and i do not want to pay the same price again, Ive clicked the restore button but that still did not restore my purchase, please can you help as i am eager to play episodes 2 and 3.

As the restore button does not work for me is there any other way i can retrieve my in app purchase of £10.49 for episodes 2-5?.

    You will need to re-acquire the multi-pack. To do this, you need to log into the account in which you initially purchased the multi-pack and continue the steps to purchase it again. You will be asked to confirm your purchase, and then be notified that you already own the content, and be prompted to download it again. If you are not logged into the account you used to purchase the multi-pack the first time, you will be charged again. Once the multi-pack is re-acquired, you will be able to download other episodes.

    Its hard for me to retrieve my episode 1-5. I have deleted the app and then added it again. The game is wonderful and I am being patient but what do you do when youve paid $14.99 for a game that you cant even get. I love walking dead and I am huge fan of Telltale games bu this truly stinks. HELP!!! Please is there another way to ge the in-game app? :-(

    After downloading and installing Episode 1 from the iTuens store, select the restore button to restore your purchase states. You should be able to download episodes 2 and 3 now.
