Tales of Monkey Island

I recently purchased Tales of Monkey Island for £1.99 on my ipod touch. When I try to open it, I just get a black screen then the game closes. I have never got it working. How do I get my money back? I tried to ask through iTunes but they just sent a link to this forum. I have tried deleting and loading again, but this has not worked.

    Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund for any purchases made through the iTunes store. You will need to contact iTunes Support for further assistance.
