Hey i ordered the season one bundle and it says that the bonus disc and the animated series is on back order do u know when it will be ready to send ? thank if u have a answer

    (I meant I wasn't aware that the inventory was low, but that is strange.)

    The Season One DVD should be in stock, so I'm not sure what's up with that. The animated series apparently is backordered. We're working on getting it restocked.

    I ordered an animated series, too (and a hardcover edition but I read it should be ready next week). I wanted it for my brother's birthday. He has his birthday on July, 15th here in germany. Do you think my package will arrive until then?

    I hope it will! Yours is also being held up by the hardcover, but I think the order will ship next week sometime.

    Sorry for the backorder confusion lately! This should all be straightened out soon.

    There's a shipment on the way to the warehouse right now, so yeah, it should be back in stock next week. Thanks for your patience.

    Actually I thought it was on its way to the warehouse already, but I just found out it's going out today. With next week being 4th of July, it's possible the animated series backorders won't start shipping until the week of the 7th.

    Mowfax, yours probably won't reach you in time for your brother's birthday. :( Let me know if you'd like to cancel the order.

    i was just thinking that i would like to get more info is is my order that was placed on 6/16 will be shipped next week :)

    The DVDs are scheduled to arrive at the warehouse tomorrow, which means your order might ship tomorrow, or it might be Monday (due to the holiday on Friday).

    Good to know news about the shipping. I want to receive it anyway, I'll think of something for my brother's birthday and give it to him afterwards. :)

    You'll get an email when it goes out. I haven't received confirmation yet from the warehouse that they've received the new merchandise - when I do, I'll post here to let you know!

    The missing merchandise has FINALLY arrived at the warehouse and I expect remaining backorders to start clearing on Monday. Thanks all for your patience.

    I appologise for using another's thread for my own question but I believe it's related...I was just wondering if backordering for the Animated Series is common at all, and how long is the usual wait for a new shipment?

    I am about to lodge an order for my season 2 DVD and the Series, so Im not too concerned by this as Im sure you guy will just hold the whole lot off until whichever comes in last, but it says the series is backordered now...while I understand fully because it is an epic series, it just slightly worried that I'll have to wait longer than I would like...

    We ordered more animated series last week. They should be in stock before or around the same time Season Two starts shipping, so I wouldn't worry about there being a hold-up for your order.

    The issue last time was not that the Animated Series was backordered for a long time, but that we happened to be switching warehouses when it went into backorder. We had to send the copies we'd just ordered from our new warehouse to our old warehouse and they actually got lost in the mail. :p It was a fluke and I don't expect anything like that to happen this time!

    Good to know...as I said I wasnt too concerned due to the S2 DVD coming in August...it would just be a matter of which comes last...I shall now continue my wait...thanks

    I have the animated series on backorder. I was curious if there was any update on when it will be in stock.

    It's back in stock now, but an order doesn't ship until all items are in stock, so yours will be held until the Season Two soundtrack arrives at the warehouse. That's expected to happen in September sometime.
