TWD Episode 5

I am having problems accessing episode 5, it crashes every time i try to play. I deleted it, to reinstall, however when I try to re-download it tells me there is a lost Internet connection (my connection is fine). I restart my iPad, and the episode is still installed... Please help, this has been on going for 3 days. :mad:

    Episode 5 is not yet available for iOS devices. If you are seeing this episode as available, please uninstall Episode 5, and then shut down and restart your device. When this episode is available, you will need to redownload the episode.

    That is weird, I read somewhere that it is available from 21st November for iOS

    Any update on this from the telltale team? AppStore says episode 5 is available now, but in the app it just says "coming soon"... Tried to restart both app and iPad (2), but still get the same message.

    You will need to shut down the game application and restart your device. Wait a few minutes for the cache to clear before restarting the device. Make sure you are logged into the account you used to purchase the Walking Dead, and then re-launch the game. When you do this, you will see a black screen for a few moments. This is normal as an update will need to download. Afterward you should be able to download episode 5 from the in-game episodes menu.
