Walking Dead REMOVED from Korean App Store. Requesting help!

It's just like the title says. I purchased "Walking Dead: The Game" full price on October 9th, 2012 at exactly 12:27 P.M. on my Korean App Store account "neostigma@naver.com". I also purchased the all episodes pack as well.

However, before episode 5 came out, the game was REMOVED from the Korean App Store, and now I can't play what I gave around 20 dollars for. I am outraged to say the least.

I know it's not your fault that Apple removed a game from a certain App Store, but I'm NOT going to pay another 20 dollars for it all over again.

Please check the above info with iTunes to make sure what I'm saying is right, and either send a U.S. iTunes redeem code to neostigma@naver.com or give me a full refund. If I need to ask elsewhere for this problem, please tell me the exact place to contact. Thank you.

    The Walking Dead rating changed from 12+ to 17+, which has led to its removal from a few countries app stores, including Korea. Please contact Apple Support for any assistance regaining access to the game, or with a refund. Unfortunately we do not have access to any of Apple's records and cannot assist with this process.

    Thanks for the reply. It seems I can't get my money back from Apple, as they apparently don't hold any responsibility for apps being removed from their store. Looks like I'll just have to buy it all over again. Thanks anyway^^
