TWD - Brightness issue; can't make out quite a lot

I'm having difficulties seeing much of anything. It's an issue that's been prevalent since the first episode but now on episode Two, it's pretty intolerable.

I've tried the brightness on every setting but with the same result. In darkened areas I can't make out a thing which makes navigation difficult and even in shaded areas it's hard to make out what things are. Whenever characters talk in shaded areas all I can make out is there forehead and the shadowy outline of a body. I've even tried turning up the brightness on my tv but that just ends up making everything go all white-washed and doesn't really help the situation. It really does ruin such a potentially great game.

I'm really enjoying the game in terms of content and artwork (whenever I can see it that is) but now it's just far too annoying to play knowing I'm missing out on so much. I've already downloaded the first three episodes on the xbox arcade but will be doing no more till the issue is resolved.

I don't suppose an update of sorts will be released at some point to remedy this problem?

Also I've asked around and others on xbox are having the same problem so it's not an issue with the tv, it's a damn fine tv at that.

Even with the game brightness turned up the game is still quite dark for me. I ended up having to turn the brightness up on my TV (a Sony Bravia) to be able to make some scenes out correctly.

Bit of a pain because the Walking Dead is the only game where I've had to alter TV settings to be able to see what is going on.

Yeah, even with all the tinkering around I still have to leave quite a lot up to the imagination. I'm trying to play through episode 3 now and it's just not going well.
