Can't see a thing!

I thought I was going crazy or the setting was dusk, but after looking at some videos on YouTube, it looks like my game is bugged.

No matter what brightness setting I use in the options menu, my game is too dark to play.

This just started happening on Episode 3.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

When playing go back to the options and to the settings screen. The brightness should now jump back to what the setting in the screen says.

I have this issue and I have to go back and reset it each time I start playing.

Unfortunately that doesn't fix it for me. Any other suggestions?

Do any official responses ever come from the dev team here or should I stop checking back?

I have the same issue, I have no idea what I'm doing half the time, it's ridiculous.

Wish they'd just patch it or something already.

Oh, a new patch to download when I started it up again erased my save and brought me back to Episode 1.

Now I get to try and get back to Ep. 3 to see if the problem returns.

    Great job village idiots!

In the end I just turned the brightness up on my TV (a Sony Bravia) while playing. The brightness issue doesn't seem to be something they are going to fix.

Did it work on yours? Because it didn't work on mine!

Turning up the brightness doesn't help on mine, just white-washes everything. Still can't see anything passed the characters...
