WalkingDead Full pack error

hi , today i purchased the full pack of walking dead for 14.99 dollars , but once i entered my apple pw , the game crashed and brought me back to the disktop of my ipad 3rd generation

and since then , i try to start the game , it opens to the logo of Walking Dead word then black screen for 5 secs then crash to the disktop

i tried to

delete the game and reinstall

restart the ipad and leave it 10 minutes then opens the game

both didnt work , it seems like a bug

pls i need help asap

    and check the usa store reviews u will find lots of persons complain also about the immediate crash after purchasing the full pack also ,

    game doesnt open after purchasing the full pack

    I have the same problem that look like copy and paste from your problem ...

    Please shutdown any applications you are not using that are running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. Make sure you are logged into the iTunes account that purchased the game and please restart the device before attempting to launch the game again.

    So u gonna fix this bug or not ? Cuz none of ur awesome great fantastic and wonderful solutions worked with me -_-

    If u won't make a soon update that fixes the full pack bug , just let me know that I lost my 14.99 dollars .. So u gonna lose a fan .
    After all it won't be ur last game ! If u didn't fix , I won't even have a look on ur games anymore.

    We r talking about 15 dollars not 99 cents !!!
    And I would consider it as a scam from telltale company ..

    Their in-app purchase just sucks, rebooting our ipad a million times won't change anything. They need to fix this game that's all. So far I pad 15$ for nothing.

    Ask iTunes for a reimbursement, search the web for "How to Get Reimbursement From iTunes".

    btw my issue is for just ipad 3rd generation , this company and these lazy programmers didnt test the purchase system of the full pack on an ipad 3rd generation !!

    If you completely remove the game application, this will remove the game and all relevant files (including saves and prefs) from your system. Then reinstall the application through iTunes and download each episode pack individually. Do not copy the base game to your device from a computer. If you have followed these steps, but you are still returned to the desktop when starting the game, then try going into airplane mode and then launching the game.

    I did what you said and now it appears I am going to be charged again through iTunes for the App. Is it going to charge me again? Also, I thought this company would have improved from my last problem. It obviously hasn't and selling a good reliable product clearly isn't your priority. I will file a complaint with Apple and the better business buearu. This level of poor quality is offensive.
