TWD: Download issues. Help!!!

Hello, I downloaded the package of episodes to my ipad,

the second chapter declined very slowly and when I came to download the

third chapter it down even more slowly, and when it reaches 99% it stuck.

It has happened to me five times ... I'm desperate,

what should I do?!

Please someone help me!

    Same here.
    Today I had 3 tries to download episode 4 on my ipad. only the last one (after 3h of waiting) was succesfull, until I reached 99%; the it stucked.
    But when I see the responce here, the support from tellgate is not existing.
    But hey, I paid only more than 17€ for that useless crap...

    Same here, I tried to download several times, and it overloaded my cellular data plan.
    I now owe my cellular company over $150 in overage charges - I didn't know the files for Episode 2 were so big.
