Full pack 14.99$ for both devices (ipad & iphone)

I would like to ask about purchasing. I just bought full pack 14.99$ by my ipad mini. And then download this one into my iphone too, I expect that full pack will be automatically applied into my iphone as well. Am i correct?

Note. I have use the same apple id for both devices. Why i have to pay twice time for same apple id? Please advise.

    Yep you will have it on both devices if you bought it on Ipad Mini it will charge you 15.00 and then get on your iphone and there will be a restore button click it and it will show all 5 downloadable
