Doggie dress up

Can't get past the dog dress up portion, I gave ms flitt the hat and magazine but when I I go to pick the outfit in the trunk....sailor hat, anchor scarf (collar) and black glasses..it selects them but nothing happens, the dogs don't come down and I can't exit the dress up scene??? Is this a glitch or have I missed something?:confused:

    I'm stuck in the exact same place! I've tried restarting the ipad, but it still seems to freeze as soon as I select the outfit for the dogs.

    Please help!
