Coming Soon.....

I read through the threads and did all the reboots, uninstalled the software and installed it again.

I-Tunes recognized the purchase, receipt was received. So why does the software not change the status of "Coming Soon" to Download.

Well it looks like this is a normal problem. As this is the Telltal Games site I would expect a proper response given the number of posts. This is an observation not a complaint.

Please communicate to the group the status of this issue. Please consider this the companies formal request for resolution. The next Step are the BBB, Complaints to I-Tunes, Dispute to Visa and finally small claims court including filing fee and hourly effort at $85/hr. Last is a formal class action. What do you say you solve the problem or send me a check. I look for your email.

    Ok folks, Still not fix and out $15.00. No response in the forum other than others reporting the same problem.

    Just filed issue with apple and gave a bad review. Suggest everyone hit the Apple site and mark this think up till the cow's come home.

    Next stop. Bounce the payment off the credit card.

    I had this problem for a long time too. Did everything that you could do with your iDevices. But nothing. I gave up. I swear, I didn't do anything else. Once every few days, I'll open the game and check the download section. Voila! It's available for download.

    Unless telltale fix their server or something... nothing you do. You can put claim with the apple support about getting your money back though. Several people here have gotten their money back from apple.
