DVD shipping if bought in Steam?

Hi!

I'm buying Tales of Monkey Island, and I was wondering if the DVD (international) shipping applies also to purchases made in Steam, which I use for all my games; if not, I'd buy it from the Telltale store.

    Steam does not offer the DVD.
