what if I got the disc game for Christmas?

I don't have the receipt because it was a gift. You are the ones that made a crappy defective product and now I have to take a bunch of pictured of my TV and bug my cousin for a receipt to play your game? I am not pleased. Patch it or make a less cumbersome way for me to get a dl code. Flash drives have been sufficient storage for me. I am not buying 100 dollars of hardware just to play your game which should have worked to begin with.

    Then you'll need to send a DNA sample, a video of your best christmas, worst Christmas, this years Christmas along with your first born child and toe fungus from your third toe on the right.

    Apparently you can cut the UPC code off the box and mail it to them with all the other stupid crap that they are asking for.

    This is a ridiculous amount of hassle for what is their mistake and their lack of QA testing and still terrible customer service.

    ...but I'm going to do it anyway because I have no choice, unless I want to either not play the Walking Dead or give them more money.

    Is this legit? I'm in the gift boat and have no receipt...short of picking up a hard drive this is my only option I suppose.
