Just a heads up GameStop will let you return this game within 30 days as long as you say it's defective. I just returned it and already filed a complaint with the BBB. Take it easy Telltale, keep producing stellar quality products :)

    Note: not all Gamestops will do this. It is more of a case-by-case issue. It will help greatly if you take a copy of this news article and present it to them.

    Thanks for this post!! Going to try and get my refund today. Can't believe their response to issues is buy a hard drive or we'll give you codes and you can download each episosde. How about a patch instead of having us jump through hoops for your crappy product? Will never buy another Telltale game again.

    I had downloaded the game and all episodes from xbox live a couple days after christmas, now i am wondering if i can get my microsoft points back if he game doesnt work. Episode two starts up with qn endless black screen and plays some music endlessly. How could I fix this problem or possibly get my mcrosoft points back?
