Multipack episodes 2-5 won't download!
I paid for the multipack episodes 2-5 after completing the first episode.
It hasn't worked. It just says coming soon. I have tried to reinstall the game 4 times to no avail. Can I get a refund?

And putting them in your "Meta"* folder then relaunch** the app?
* By Meta folder I mean Apps>WalkingDead>Documents>Meta, it can be reached via iExplorer or PhoneView, when your iOS device is connected to your PC/Mac.

I bought the multi-pack; the app shows it downloaded. I played Episode one, and now the game just says to "Get" the next episode. I've tried the fixes that Apple recommends and they don't seem to be working. Some help from this quarter would be very nice, as this is their next recommendation.

In reading this forum, I have learned that I must have repaired it somewhere along the way...it did change from "purchase" to "get" and I never really noticed the change. To me they both meant I didn't have it!
I thank the posters in the general support forum for showing me my error...all unknowing, of course!

bex_stuff, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Please be aware that TTG is currently working on a patch for the download problems.
In the meantime you can try if connecting through a VPN helps. There are free VPN apps in the iTunes store, one example is Hotspot Shield.
I finally contacted Apple and got a refund within 5 minutes. Really bad behavior by Telltale. Sad too because they have a great game but don't care if its customers can actually play it. You just lost a customer for life.
