walking dead game on disc wont let u get past episode one cant play 2 or the rest

i bought the game for xbox 360 today on disc at gamestop and i play it and i finish the first episode and click on the second to play and it will take me back to the start of the first episode where i got to play it all over again and i exit out and go back to main menu and try again and it does the same thing i need help someone please help make a patch or something i feel cheated outta 30 bucks

    Have you heard anything back yet? I even exchanged the game for another copy and the same problem so it has to be a deck compatibility issue. Have you received anything back?:mad:

    I had the same problem. Mine started working when I made sure to keep my xbox connected to Live. I have an older elite 120gb by the way. They say there is an issue with all the 4gb slims doing this.

    I just got the game and can't get to any episode other then 1. I will try connecting it to the internet. If that doesn't work .....

    I don't have a slim though and I can't play this game either. I saved and quit about halfway through episode 2 and when I came back it started me over from episode 1 again.

    If you have the retail disc version of the game and cannot load an episode other than episode 1, and are playing offline with an xbox live enabled profile, connecting to xbox live should resolve the issue. We are investigating this issue and hope to have a solution soon.

    I'm having the same problem, and I don't have access to Xbox live. Is there a solution to this? I already ordered an internal hard drive to fix the hitching issue.
