Telltale support really slow?
Well I've been waiting over a week for a response from the support about my ToMI games. Also, I purchased the almost everything pack on Monday. My money was taken out of my account but I do not have any games to show for it. So, anyone else having problems like this or had them before? Really making me regret dealing with the company at the moment .....
Edit- 2441 - ToMI access issues sent on 1/22.
2544 - Almost everything charged to my account and no games in my list; sent on 1/28.

You should see the games there for download, and the invoices at the bottom.
If you don't see the games, and don't get an answer within a few days, please contact support@telltalegames.com and include your TTG Account name and the order id from the invoice.
Edit- All it shows on my purchase page is the 1st episode of back to the future I used a coupon for when I bought the almost everything pack.
Please add your support ticket numbers from the E-Mail confirmations to the first post.
Please check if your spam filter caught the E-Mails somehow.
Anyway i have brought this thread up in our Mod Forum, so you should hopefully get access to your games soon.
