The Walking Dead ( Worst Valentines day Gift ever)

As a gift for my husband I got him the Walking dead Xbox360 game. We notice right off the bat it was shaking, lagging ..ect. We looked it up. We found that if you take pictures, send in info to telltale they will send you a code. So my husband and I jumped right on it.. Cause you spend so much for the game YOU WANT TO PLAY IT.. We sent the info in.. One week goes by. So hubby sends it in again.. we are going on 2 weeks now. Anyone have a clue just how long it will take?
Any help.. thanks

    Judging by the other threads on the forum, if you sent all the correct information, it could take upward of a month to get the codes.

    Well that's kinda crappy...lol..
    Guess I should of gotten him the game back in Jan, so he could of gotten the
    code this month..lol
