Episode Three keeps sending me to the first episode

Okay so I just spent 20 bucks on the Walking Dead game plus all the add ons for xBox360. I played episodes one and two last night, no problem. So, the second episode ends and I click on the third and guess what. It sends me back to the first episode. I shut off my xBox and try again only to get the same result. Then I open a new game and choose chapter three for the same fucking thing. I tried to re download it with no luck so then I just redownloaded EVERYTHING. I am beyond upset at the moment. I want to play this game! I think it’s great! I just need some help or advice on what I should do to get the dumb thing working again! Please help.

    I have exactly same problem here. I bought this episode 3 after playing episode 1 and 2.
    I have tryed everything, but it sents me always to episode 1. Help me. Also I have it today, my friend it works perfektly.

    THIS WORKED FOR ME WHEN NOTHING ELSE DID

    keep a back up to copy over any glitched saves

    1. once you complete chapter 2 and the credits are done go to your stem memory options...DO NOT START THE NEXT CHAPTER

    2. delete chapter 2, NOT YOUR SAVE

    3. delete chapters 4, and 5

    4. reload the game and start chapter 3 SHOULD load it fine

    5. when you complete chapter 3 and the credits are done delete chapter 3 and redownload chapter 4

    6. rinse and repeat

    found this my self. I will make sure to never pay money for any game you have a part in for the rest of my life, same goes for my family and friends....

    thanks for the advice, but I feel like we shouldn't have to pass all that headache for playing the game, since we all paid for it and have the right to play it normally.
    anyways, thanks for at least care about us more than TTG ever did and will.

    I've purchased Episodes 1 to 4 via XBOX Live Marketplace (Games on Demand). I've played through the first and second episodes, then when I try to play the episode 3 it just sends me to the first episode, overwriting, of course, my data file.
    A Title Update that fixes this problem has been mentioned and it's said that is has been released.
    I haven't been prompted the Title Update even when I log on XBOX Live and start the game.
    So I can only assume that there's no Title Update in Brazil too.

    Of course there are no replies from the staff.
    Your lack of support is well known, but I still purchased the game because the comic series are great, you can only thank Kirkman about it, seriously.
    If you won't bother replying/updating on areas that aren't North America or Europe, then you shouldn't bother selling it there too.
    If a good is broken why would it be for sale?
    You took my goddamn money now I demand you to fix this.
    EDIT: yes, I know you are douches to North America and Europe customers as well.
