procedure of buying a digital copy of twd?

hi.
i am interested in buying a digitial copy of TWD but i can not find any informations about the procedure.
So what happens when i buy the game? Can i download the game just one time or multiple times? Can i install the game on only one computer or on many computers at differnt timespans? Do i have to be online while playing?

    You can buy the game from Steam or directly via the Telltale Games website. For both sources you will need to create an account. You buy the game on your account and it is yours forever. You can download it as many times as you want, as long as you log in to your account.
    I don't believe you need to be online while playing, but I recommend it, since it will sometimes download updates or patches.
