Order submitted to warehouse for days now

Hello Telltale games, I've recently purchased the hardcover Sam and Max surfing the highway book from your store (thank you very much for putting it back in print by the way!) and for about five days my status has been "Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info." I'm just wondering if it takes some time for this process or if something is wrong. Thanks in advance for the answer and keep up the great work with your future games.

    It appears that your order might have already shipped but that our warehouse hasn't updated their shipping status. We are getting a hold of our warehouse to have them update the status. We will know more about your order later today.

    The status of my order has finally changed yet I didn't get a tracking number, is that normal? Hopefully it comes in next week as the order was shipped on Aug 1st.

    There are no tracking numbers on international shipments.
