Previously unlocked items not available

I previously unlocked the bounty items for the mechromancer and the gunzerker. I got the shift codes notifications and they were working fine in game. Upon unlocking all the items. I went back to borderlands 2 and those two items I mentioned earlier aren't showing anymore while all the other unlockables are working fine and I received every shift codes messages. I tried downloading the backgrounds again and restarting the game after logging off and back on. I went to the shift website and it says my items have been unlocked. Nothing seems to work. Could you please look into this ?

    If you have a Shift message saying you have unlocked the Borderlands item, but do not see it in game, please contact Gearbox Support at support@gearboxsoftware.com for further assistance.
