portal assassin head and skin not unlocking

I have just recently finally unlocked the portal assassin head and skin, but there is no notification in borderlands 2 and it is not showing up in game. The other unlocks all are there, but not that one. I've even logged out then back in. I rebooted my ps3 then logged back in but to no avail. Thanks for any info.

    If you have the bounty item unlocked in Poker Night 2, select this item from the Bounties page and then select square to 'Download' the item. Once you do this, you will get a Shift message in Borderlands 2 notifying you that the item has been unlocked. You must have an internet connection to download the item initially, and you must have a Shift account linked to the same profile you are using to play Poker Night 2. If you are sure that you are connected to the PSN network when you choose to 'download' the item in Poker Night 2, and you are sure your Borderlands 2 Shift account is linked to the same profile you are using to play Poker Night 2, then please contact Gearbox Support at support@gearboxsoftware.com for further assistance.

    Yeah I checked and messages for the other unlockables are in the shift area, but none including the assassin skin are unlocking in Borderlands 2 for some reason. I've been talking to gearbox but so far nothing has been figured out... Leave it to me to have these kind of problems all the time. :confused:

    I'm having the same problem, I have the Zer0, Maya & Salvador unlocks but the axton & gaige ones arent. Funny considering Zer0 is the last one you're even allowed to get...
