I don't have many suggestions for the bagpipe game, except to remind you that you can adjust your speed in case you need to be more accurate. Those accordions will sneak up on you!
For SOL, it might take a couple of tries to get the timing down (pay attention to the delay between firing the CD and hitting the target), and be sure to check out the other side of the street as well and see if that improves your scores. I'm able to get the gold decal by just focusing on one side of the street and just working on timing, but there are some decals to be had on the other side of the street that you might miss otherwise.

just follow the bagpipe line, don't stray away from the path
As for the SOL
stay close to the Zombies, stay on the left, there seems to be more Zombies on the left. move around and stay like real close them, they're real easy to hit up close, just remember it will take a lot of work for SOL, took me a looong time
but for Bagpipe, it's easy
