I somehow lost all my progress

The last time I played TWD was when episode 5 was out. I just started up the game and downloaded an update then bought the 400 days dlc. Whenever I try to play 400 days it tells me if I want to generate decisions for episodes I skipped even though I played them all. Is this happening to anyone else and what can I do?

    Same with me. I'm pissed.
    - copied save to cloud. No luck.
    - restarted
    - signed out and in
    - deleted update and reinstalled

    I'm a magician. I have 100% achievements without even playing a single episode apparently.

    Nothing in this forum has helped. Forget season 2. What a waste of time. I can care less to play 400 Days now.

    I got it to work by restarting my xbox.

    I've done everything humanly possible. It will not recognize my save data! :(
