Bought 400 Days... then got 400 Days free...

Dear Telltale,

You guys are awesome. You really are. I love you... that being said, I wish you were a little more punctual. See, I've been a fan of the Walking Dead ever since I purchased that first comic back in 2003. I also suffer from an extreme patience deficiency. So, naturally when the DLC 400 Days became available I bought it. Now a week later it's free. I know that I shouldn't be complaining about free software--and in my heart, I'm really not--but had I know that it was gonna be free in a week I may have put off purchasing the DLC.

    Hi Rev, thanks for your post. To clarify: for people who own the first season of The Walking Dead from the Telltale Games online store, the 400 Days DLC has been free since it launched. Apologies if we were too slow in getting that notification out to you (there was an issue with our new bulk mailing system). I hope you did enjoy 400 Days!

    Had this same issue. Love TWD but am a little bummed to spend $25 on something then be told I can have it free. Even without the email there should be something in the store itself to warn if you're about to buy something that you already have.

    400 Days is $4.99 on all platforms, not $25, and as puzzlebox noted is only free for people who purchased Season 1 through our webstore. If you purchased the Walking Dead Season 1 a second time, please email support at support@telltalegames.com and we can help you out.

    Ah ha, I did buy a second copy of Season 1. Not sure how I managed that but thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
