I dunno if this is a glitch, or what

So, uh...
I'm at the point in the game where I've now done the race at a moderately decent level and cleared Homestar's name.
I then gave Marzipan the chocolates and made her take Homestar back.
Then I discovered Homestar was still obstructing my Teen Girl Squad table.
So I talked to him, and he gave me the same "Hey Homestar, everything is good again!" "Oh yeah? Prove it!" dialogue. Then I showed him his criminal record, and it showed a cutscene, but he's still there.
Have I forgotten to do something?

    Have you showed him the trophy and the cell phone? If not, you're doing it rong.

    Wait, how do you get the dag flabbing trophy?
    That's the problem.

    Rig the race by putting jello in the pool, putting a balloon on the weight and kicking the hurdle to the front of jumping, turtle in the middle, and milk last.After losing (again), put the Total Load(if you don't have it, check your email, further instructions in there) in Pom Pom's bag in the lockers.Talk to Coach Z about the Total Load, and you're home free.
