400 days cant download!! pls help

hi back around when episode 3 was released i bought TWD from the telltales website for my pc

i recently heard about 400 days, but when i went to download it it says "coming soon"

ive read a bunch of forums and have been unable to find a solution, i also sent support an email a week ago but they still havnt responded....PLS HELP

    Please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and post the download link to the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" or "support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    I have the same problem. I have all the episodes, but for the 400 days, it just says coming soon. I ran the support:

    It looks like it should work, if you use the TTG store version of the game.
    Do you also have the Steam version of the game installed?
    If so, it's possible that you started the Steam version when you tried to download 400 days, which you might not have access to the DLC in.

    I don't see anything wrong. It should show 400 Days as downloadable.
    If that's still not the case you can try disabling the savegame folder
    C:\Users\Daniel\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead
    by renaming it.
    The game will create a new folder the next time you start it. Check if it then shows 400 days as downloadable.

    i tryed that but then it wouldn't let me open the game. it would say something along the lines of "you dont have a legit license to own those game, would you like to purchase it?"...

    anyway...thanks for trying. u know its really disappointing because i really enjoyed telltales TWD but i have had so many issues with playing this game that it really makes me want to stop supporting them. in addition they must have terrible customer supprt, cause i sent them an email over a week ago and no response.....completly disapointing, i will not be purchasing season 2

    I FIXED IT@!!!!

    i used DjNDB method i found on another forum of deleting my login history

    use this command after typing cmd in the start menu

    REG DELETE "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Telltale Games\Launcher"
