I cannot open The Walking Dead! Tried Everything...

Yes, just as the title says I have tried EVERYTHING that the previous posts have said to do...I've disabled any gamepads, ran in various compatibility modes (if not all), ran the app as Admin, verified Integrity of game cache, ran without internet, and I've uninstalled and re-installed countless times.

I don't know what else to do. :(

I bought the game almost a week ago and I still haven't gotten it to work. I'm at a point of desperation here!
Any kind of help would be VERY much appreciated. <3

    Card name: Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family

    Your notebook doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run the game.
    Intel graphics chips are not recommended and they don't work well with TTG's games.

    In the Steam store it's listed as

    Video Card: ATI or NVidia card w/ 512 MB RAM (Not recommended for Intel integrated graphics)
