I encountered some problems on walking dead the game in iTunes

I paid $19.99 to purchase all the episodes of walking dead the game in iTunes but I find I couldn't download the newest version of the game after few days. The old version of game is provided which didn't includes the new episodes, so that means I couldn't restore my past purchase. I just wonder Telltale fix that problem or I hope to refund my money back. And my account is in the region of North America.

    Did you try clicking the button inside of the app to purchase the multi-pack again? When I reinstalled my game on my own iPad, I was able to get the other episodes to download by doing this. Don't worry, you won't be charged again, since your purchases are tied to your iTunes account.
