I followed the instructions in the support tool thread.

    I don't see any signs of a crash in the event log. Please describe what you see after starting the game, and if there is any error message, please post a screenshot of it.

    Current Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (60Hz)
    Native Mode: 1360 x 768(p) (60.015Hz)

    Also you are running your display at a resolution higher than the native resolution. I suggest you set the display resolution to 1360 x 768.

    There is no image. Just a black screen and and the music playing. No error message.

    Please press Alt-Enter to put the game into windowed mode. If the game graphics show up then, set the games resolution to 1360 x 768 before changing back to fullscreen mode.
