Walking Dead DLC not downloading

I just purchased episodes 1-5 and 500 Days - The first few times they got to the 60% on episode 1 and failed - Now whenever I try to download I am getting the Message "Connection Lost while downloading data. Please ensure you have a working internet connection and re-attempt to download." My Ipad is connected and the internet connection is working.

I have also been charged twice which I have written to apple about.

    Same also. Downloaded ep2 but can't do 3-5. Same message pops up. Need this issue sorting. Many players are having the same problems!!!
