I no longer have access to the download of episode 400 days and I do not have the subtitle and menu

  The game chooses the language according to your system's language setting. If you put French to the top it should be in French.

  For the 400 days issue, please follow the instructions to run the TWD Support Tool and post the download link to the resulting "TWD_support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

  Your installation doesn't have the latest patches. Since you don't appear to have any savegames, it's best if you delete the entire savegame folder. Afterwards all the games settings will be reset, and it should silently download the patches the next time you start it. That means, the game will take a few minutes to start without any progress notification.

  You can navigate to the savegame folder by starting Finder, and selecting "Go/Go to Folder..." from the menu or pressing CMD-SHIFT-G, and pasting the path below into it.
  ~/Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/
  There delete the folder named "TheWalkingDead".
