Walking Dead episode 4 won't install
I recently purchased the Walking Dead Game from Tell Tale games directly episodes 1, 2 and 3 installed quickly and worked great. I'm now trying to install episode 4 and it keeps getting stuck at 95% installed. I have been trying for two days now to get it to install. This most recent time being the longest without at restart, about 6 hours, my internet connection is working perfectly. I would like a refund if this issue cannot be resolved as I did not pay for a game to stop working 1/2 way through. I'm playing it on my mac book if that helps with any tips or ideas.

Please try shutting down the game application and restarting your computer before attempting the download again. If you have a firewall or anti-virus software running, please disable them as this may interfere with the game connecting to our server.
If you are still unable to install episode 4, one of moderators put together an unofficial guide for Mac users here - https://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33233. Please take a look at this thread and see if this solution works for you. This may appear complicated on the surface, but the 'Manual Download' option should be fairly straight forward if you'd like to try it.

Hi I'm having a similar problem with the game on my Mac as well, I can't download any of the episodes I've purchased, they stop around 95%. I followed the basic directions given above, but in my application support folder there is nothing for Telltale Games. I'm not sure how to proceed.
You might have looked at a different Application Support folder.
You can navigate to the savegame folder by starting Finder, and selecting "Go/Go to Folder..." from the menu or pressing CMD-SHIFT-G, and pasting the path below into it.
~/Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/TheWalkingDead/
On a side note, I suggest using the "Automatic Download" instead of the "Manual Download" for Mac for various reasons. If the files you downloaded manually were corrupted, you will only notice it by random crashes or other issues in the game. The Automatic (and semi-automatic) download make sure the files were downloaded fully and without corruption.
