    I saw that when it was first uploaded on youtube. I believe the other person is Bigby's voice actor, Adam Harrington(I hope that's right). I think someone asked in the comments and Dan Bull confirmed that it was him.

    Indeed, Adam Harrington voices Bigby. He also voices the Woodsman, and a few characters in the Walking Dead Game.
