Cannot download new episodes
I purchased the game from your website yesterday....am really enjoying it...but after I finished episode 1....it says "coming soon" under download content for episodes 2-5 and 400!!! I want to play episode 2 but cant because it just says coming soon....here is a link from the help tool your provided hopefully you guys can figure this out quick

I am currently trying your python script fix for downloading episodes 2-5 and 400.....let you know if it works
I downloaded all the episodes via python....copied them to the data folder and started the game.....when I go to download content....episodes 2-5 and 400 still says "coming soon" I am getting very frustrated
also tried restarting my pc and turning off all spyware virus and firewall....could it be my router firewall?
The game doesn't have the latest patches, which is why it doesn't show the episodes.

says its like 3Kb on my computer....how big is it supposed to be?
The file is fine now. The game downloaded a proper one since you uploaded the support data.
If it still doesn't work it must be failing to download the patches.
Please delete the contents of these folders:
C:\Users\JJ\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\SyncFs\Data\WalkingDead101PatchFs
C:\Users\JJ\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\SyncFs\Meta
C:\Users\JJ\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\SyncFs\Temp
And start the game. It should take a bit longer, since it will download about 40 MBs of patches. Afterwards you should see the Episodes. If that's not the case, please run the support tool again, so i can see what's the current state.
ok did what you asked...it re-downloaded patches...but episodes 2-5 and 400 still say coming soon...here is my new support tool file

The patches are indeed all there now, and I don't know what causes the problem.
You can try renaming the entire "The Walking Dead" in
C:\Users\JJ\Documents\Telltale Games\
so that the game doesn't find it.
If that works, you can start narrowing down the cause by copying back the prefs.prop and .save files, and later the episodes.
yeah I tried renaming it that didn't work either.....this is actually kind of ridiculous and I know its not your fault personally.....but I am very bummed out....you have basically said that I paid for 5 episodes and I can only play one and you have no idea why.....
I am having the same problem here, I've tried deleting downloading and reinstalling 5 times now with nothing working
the download content menu has a red exclamation point next to it if that means anything

You can try the workaround Dimension33 posted.
Is the problem on our end? Because if its a problem over there I can wait for it to be fixed.
It is a bug in the game that should be fixed very soon.
I think I'll just wait it out then. As long as it's fixed before season 2 comes out.
