Can't connect to Telltate servers-The Wolf Among us

I have just verified my account and now want to play my new game.
I have been trying all day but cant. i have tryed changing passwords,usernames,emails but nothing changes.
Please help

  • OK i have been trying for weeks now to try and log in.
    I have now done everything on the support list 4 times and still nothing
    For such a successful company, is a shame you have this many people not even able to play the game.

    i am not angry, just disappointed.

    If you still cannot login after trying the support FAQ, please contact support@telltalegames and let them know your username and email address so they can check your account in the system.

  • Same thing here ! Bought the game for at least 3-4 weeks ago, get the same message "Can`t connect to Telltale Servers"

  • I have the same issues with not connecting to the Telltale servers and I downloaded (pre-ordered) for PC off of this site.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try launching The Wolf Among Us again, and you should be able to login after a few attempts. If you still can't connect, you can also try alternating between your Username and Email address.

    If you have played The Walking Dead and are now trying to play The Wolf Among Us, but your account fails to login, please select Sign Out, and log in again. If the game fails to authenticate, Exit the game and relaunch. You should now be able to connect without having to login.

    Please also make sure your password ONLY contains a-z, A-Z, and 0-9 and no other characters. If you have any "!" or "&" or any other different characters, please change your password on our website, and you should then be able to then login to The Wolf Among Us.
    In order to change your password, please click on the small, downward-facing arrow at the top right of this page, and click on Profile. Once on the Profile page, click Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and there you can find the Change Your Password form. Fill it out, and try relaunching the game.

    Lastly, if the issue still persists, this may be an issue with your registry. Please open a command window. (Below are instructions on how to open a command window)
    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "cmd" and press enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the Windows key. Type in "cmd" and press enter
    Windows 8: At the start screen, type in "cmd" and press enter

    Then copy the command line below and paste it into the command window, press enter, and confirm the question (to confirm the question, type “y” and press enter):

    REG DELETE "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Telltale Games\Launcher”

    Please then try launching The Wolf Among Us again. If the issue still persists after attempting all options, please email our support staff at Support@Telltalegames.com for further assistance. Again, apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing.
