[SOLVED] Choices for Episode 4 aren't recognised

So I finished episode 3 and everything was fine, until I got to the "Previously on..." in Episode 4, where some choices were different that the ones I had made. Clementine no longer had the hoodie, It showed that I killed Duck, even though I let Kenny do it and it said that I told Clementine we should look for her parents, despite me having told he we should look for a boat!
I tried replaying the whole episode 3 again, but that didn't fix anything! Please help!

I don't have a prefs.prop in my Walking Dead/Pack/default so I can't do that fix.

    You might have a prefs.prop in some other subfolder of Walking Dead/Pack/, most likely WalkingDead104. If so, please rename it to prefs.prop.bak to deactivate it.

    I don't have any other prefs.prop anywhere else, except for in documents folder... :/

    EDIT: Wait I have one in WalkingDead103, should I rename that one to prefs.prop.bak or rename the one in Documents and copy this one there? :O
