Save Import from Steam to TellTale Store

I was thinking about getting The Walking Dead Season 1 on Steam while it is on sale and then getting Season 2 on TellTale store when it comes on sale. What I'm curious about is if I buy the first season on Steam, will I be able to import my saves to Season 2 which I buy on TellTale's store?
