Black screen after start

Hy.

Just installed The Walking Dead via Steam, first the game didn't start, after windows 7 restart i just get a black screen, the only thing the screen display it's the steam community advise

I have an alienware m11x r2 (gfoce gt 335m/instel / 4gb Ram )

Please, help!!

    You can try pressing alt-enter during the black screen. If that works, you might have to change the graphics settings in-game.

    mmm already try that, nothing happens, the only key combination that seems to do something it's + (steam hotkey).

    Do you get any sound during the black screen?

    You can try deleting the savegame folder:
    %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\

    Also make sure that the game uses the nvidia graphics chip (by checking the settings in the nvidia control panel).

    No sound at all.
    Nothing change deleting the saved games.

    Already check the video card, i also try nvidia and intel graphics.

    Please disable steam cloud for TWD (In Steam, right click TWD and select "properties". Open the tab "updates" and remove the checkbox from "Enable Steam cloud synchronization for TWD).

    Then delete the savegame folder again. I forgot the steam cloud part earlier.

    Please also verify the game cache files.
