400 days crashes at Tavia

I was giving 400 days another play through till I reached Tavia's chapter. It worked fine in the past but now every time I continue/rewind to Tavia's chapter the game crashes into a black screen.

Have you tried rewinding to the previous chapter before that? How many save slots do you currently have used? Also, have you tried starting the episode again from the beginning? If you try these suggestions and the problem persists, please let me know and I will further assist you.

rewinding was the first thing I tried, there's only 2 save slots being used, but only one is ever being loaded. And I've tried starting from the beginning of the episode numerous times and played the chapters in different orders, it still crashes every time I get to Tavia's chapter, and if not, sometimes to the chapter before it no matter which one it is. No matter how far back I rewind in the episode (and one time as far back as the end of episode 5), it still crashes at Tavia

Below is the error that's coming up every time I've completed the last chapter before Tavia's (but I'm more than certain nobody is even touching the Xbox, and makes less sense because the savefile is on the cloud) then every time after that when I rewind to the start of Tavia's chapter (which for some reason is even available to rewind to when this starts happening) or even when I continue from the episode select screen, it just gives me a Black screen.

I'm playing it off an Xbox 360 elite with a 120gb Hard Drive that has atleast 1gb left, I've tried deleting the entire game and re-downloading it twice, and I've also tried to download just the first episode and the 400 days chapter alone without the other episodes, it still crashes at Tavia.

The problem persists, since it still crashes at Tavia

Please make sure that you have adequate free space on your hard drive by making more room. (At least a couple of GigaBytes)

If the problem is still occurring, unfortunately, the only way to stop the storage device error is to delete your save data. Below are a couple different ways to do this

    1) Delete the save data in save slots 2 & 3 from within The Walking Dead. (You may wish to back-up the data)

    2) If deleting the save data in the save slots does not resolve the issue, you will want to delete the save data from your storage device. (Go to your Settings on the dashboard, and click on Storage, then choose your storage device that you are saving on, select “games and apps”, then select “The Walking Dead.” In The Walking Dead scroll down and delete the Save Data. You may want to back-up this data)

    I apologize for the inconvenience.
