Walking Dead S2E1 freezes

My download of Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 1 constantly freezes on Clementine's face after the 16 months later screen. It's so bad that I have to turn my Xbox off and then turn it back on again. Any idea on how to fix this? I've already tried deleting it and re-downloading it but the problem remains.

My Xbox is a 4GB series with a 300 GB internal hard drive installed, if that helps.

    Is the 300GB hard drive almost full, or does it have adequate space? If your hard drive is full, it may be freezing during an autosave because there isn't enough space.

    Also, how old is your Xbox? Is it an older model or a newer one? Were your season 1 saves stored on the Cloud or your hard drive? It may be an issue with your original saves being stored in a different location. Have you moved your saves from one Xbox to another? We are tracking an issue where saves are not being read/issues arising from using multiple Xboxes. I apologize for the inconvenience.
