Bought 400 days bundle but didn't get it

Yesterday I payed €17.99 for the Walking Dead's 400 days bundle on the ipad app, i got the receipt from itunes and even checked my account and the money is gone, but I didn't get the download. I have been clicking "restore" and entering my details in the episodes section of the main menu... no luck. I re-installed the game and tried restore again.. nothing.
Any help would be great, thanks.

    When you are in the Episodes Menu, what do each of the episodes say? Do they each have a Get button next to them, or a Buy button? Or do they say Coming Soon?

  • I have the same problem. I am corresponding with Apple iTunes to help resolve this as well. But to answer your question telltalemike,
    In the episodes menu it says " buy" not get. I either want the episodes I paid for $22.99 (CAD) or I want a refund. Please fix this as soon
    as possible. Thank you.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have already purchased the game, and the Episodes Menu has the Buy button, please try restoring your purchases by selecting the Restore button on the Episodes Menu. If the restore option does not resolve your issue, please see the following thread on our forum that outlines specifically how to re-acquire your purchased episodes without being charged again.

  • Hello. I loved the first episode of season 1 so I made the largest in app purchase ever and bought episodes 2-5 with 400 days. It only ever says coming soon next to the episodes. I have tried to reinstall the app multiple times. I've tried the work around and that doesn't work. I am using an ipad 2. Season 1 episode 1 worked fine. I love the tv show and this game, but am growing impatient.

    If the episodes all say "coming soon," please close down the game application, (To close an app on iOS6 or lower: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on the app you wish to close and a red button will appear, tap the red button to close the app. If you have iOS 7, double tap the home button, and swipe up to close an app) make sure you are logged into the account you used to purchase the Walking Dead, and then re-launch the game. When you do this, you should see a black screen for a few moments. This is normal as an update will need to download. Afterward you should be able to download all episodes from the in-game episodes menu. Please make sure you are on a strong internet connection when attempting this. This may take a few attempts.
